Need help with Help Kansai? Email us and include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. You do not need to include personal information or a practice recording.
Email SupportMicrophone access
Speaking practice asks for microphone permission only after you tap Record. If access was denied, open iOS Settings, select Help Kansai, and enable Microphone.
Learning reminders
Reminders are optional. You can change the time or turn them off in Help Kansai Settings. If notifications were denied, use the “Open iOS Settings” button shown in the app.
Audio playback
Check the media volume and confirm that audio is not being routed to another Bluetooth or AirPlay device. Lessons and native phrase recordings work without an internet connection.
Privacy
Help Kansai requires no account and stores learning progress on your device. Read the full Privacy Policy.
